Course Nominations

The ID number for the employee who wishes to nominate for attendance at the selected course.

The date the employee is enrolled on the course.

• If no date is entered, it will default to today's date when the record is saved.

The session number that the employee is to attend.

• This will show all sessions for this training course with a status of Scheduled.

Displays the Rate Code that was selected when the training course was created and can be changed.

Displays the $value attached to the Rate Code and can be changed.

• This value is assumed to apply to the training course as a whole value for the entire course regardless of duration and the number of attendees. Because of this, the value should be maintained to reflect true costs, e.g. if an Hourly Rate was selected, the field would be changed to reflect the actual cost for the employee over the duration of the course.
• This field is not used by Preceda for any calculation purposes. Values entered here can be compared to the values setup in the Organisation Budget Unit window by using Extractor.

These fields will default the values from those entered into the employee's record and can be changed if necessary to reflect the area to which the cost of the course should be charged.
